What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message, plus optional company name and team size. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and, if we start working together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Client data during engagements
Where an engagement requires access to your systems or data, the terms are set in a separate data processing agreement — including what we may access, where it is processed, and how long it is retained. We use enterprise AI provider tiers with model training disabled.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@praoai.com and we will respond within 30 days.
